The hotel offers a lovely stay with clean, spacious rooms and luxurious touches. I appreciated the welcoming reception and friendly staff, especially their accommodation for families. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, especially with some service delays and the breakfast not being as expected. Also, the atmosphere in the sports bar was lacking, which detracted from the overall experience.

I stayed at this hotel during our family trip to Paultons Park, and while the location is great for that, the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
