This hotel offers a stunning escape with breathtaking views of Loch Ard, creating a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The staff's dedication to service was evident, as they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. While the food was delicious, and the leisure facilities were enjoyable, the dining service could use some improvement with the wait times, and the room layout left a bit to be desired for privacy.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The scenic location was stunning and the gardens were beautifully maintained, enhancing the overall atmosphere. However, the service could definitely improve as there were significant delays and miscommunications, especially regarding our breakfast. The dining experience was also lacking, with a limited menu in the restaurants. While the leisure facilities like the pool were decent, the overall service fell short for a place that aims to provide a luxurious escape.
